Amazing hotel in a great area, the staff were exceptionally nice. A private safe, a mini-bar, and an iron in the room, excellent and unbeatable location. Lovely views towards city. The service in the property was excellent. The property of choice in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The room was warm and new-fashioned with fluffy towels, great facilities, for instance. The location was magnificent and handy, to the nearby police station, perfect for holiday. Spent a nice evening at Tico tico Korea, located close to the venue.

Very very helpful staff providing exceptional services. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe in the room. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are newly refurbished with new bedding and fluffy towels, and I particularly loved the rooms with balconies. The staff were friendly and helpful, going over and above to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, with the beach nearby and easy access to the main bus station.

The hotel may have a few minor drawbacks, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. The location was great, just a short distance from the main beach. The hotel itself was modern and cozy, with beautifully decorated rooms. I especially enjoyed the delicious Spanish omelette served at breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or questions.

The hotel location is perfect for a city trip, near to several restaurants and shops. The breakfast offered lots of variety and I enjoyed the freshly made coffee. The room was well-appointed and had everything I needed for my stay.

The noise level from outside traffic was quite high and affected my sleep. The room was on the smaller side and it was challenging to store my luggage.

The hotel offers great value for money with its well-appointed rooms and facilities. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the balcony in the rooms to the variety of breakfast options. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay.
